Listing Agent - Justin Ham
Justin prospects daily for new clients and potential buyers for current listings. He communicates with clients and explains the process of selling your home. Justin counsels sellers on successful pricing and strategies that are proven to sell homes. He reviews market trends weekly and provides instruction to the seller on proper staging to help your home stand out from the rest.

Listing, Marketing Director - Shawn Klein
Shawn is responsible for marketing each listing represented by The Lucy Ham Group. She manages each listing until the time a purchase agreement is accepted. She processes listings, assists in new community brochure design, organizes mailings, markets each property to Realtors and buyers, sets showing appointments, and gives sellers feedback from the showings. Using computer technology, she monitors the advertising and prepares listings for Multiple Listings and the Internet.

Listing Coordinator – Nicole Underwood
Nicole processes the new listings from the time of listing to placing the first advertising. She inputs all data to the internet, including realtor.com, lucyham.com, and our MLS. She makes sure our listings have all correct details and look their best on the internet.

Buyer Assistants - Nathanael DeSota and Kim Sims.
Nathanael and Kim joined our team to make sure that all prospective buyers will receive "top priority" treatment during the process of making their most important decision. They are licensed Realtors who listen to you, to determine your needs and preferences when buying a home. They work hard to find the perfect home to meet the criteria you expect. Our agents offer the enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism it takes to make finding your new home a pleasurable experience.

Closing Manager - Lisa Smith
Lisa joined our team with several years in real estate, building experience, and closing management. She brings our team creativity, closing solutions, and professionalism. Lisa monitors each transaction from the date of your purchase agreement until closing. She receives regular updates from lenders, inspectors, and appraisers. As a licensed Realtor she is available to answer your questions and help you in every way possible.

Service Coordinator - Sherri McClease
Sherry assists with market research, data input and processing new listings. She also directs your incoming calls with care and sets up the showing appointments for all our listings.

Field Representatives
Our field representatives provide sign installation and removal, pictures of your home for advertising, and the delivery of feature sheets for potential buyers.

New Home Model Sales Associate
Responsible for providing information and assisting you in choosing your perfect home in Cole Creek Meadows.
