Our Closing Manager is responsible for monitoring each file from the date of the purchase agreement through the date of closing making sure that your closing goes as smooth as possible. They provide regular updates from lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and the title insurance company.

Tammy is responsible for marketing each listing represented by Ham Group Realty. She manages each listing until the time a purchase agreement is accepted. She processes listings and gives sellers feedback from showings. She monitors all aspects of marketing including the internet and Multiple Listing Service.

Sarah answers phones daily, gets feedback from all showings, sets appointments for agents to show our properties and cross sells all listings when agents are scheduling a showing. Efficient and personal service is her number one priority.

Harlee's responsibilities include updating our Past Clients and Sphere of Influence as we proudly serve as their real estate resource.
